The International Commission “Hashd” Welcomes the International Court of Justice Decision as a Historic Turning Point Towards Humanitarian Justice
The International Commission to Support Palestinians Rights (Hashd), welcomes the decision of the International Court of Justice as a significant triumph and a prominent historical and humanitarian milestone in the pursuit of global advocates and the Palestinian people for justice. It stands as a defeat for Israel, which sought to dismiss the case. The Committee appreciates the swift action of the International Court of Justice in issuing a request for “interim measures” just two weeks after oral hearings, acknowledging the urgent humanitarian situation on the ground.
The International Commission “Hashd”: The court’s ruling is a clear signal to take all measures to provide international protection for the Palestinian people and ensure their existence amidst the genocidal crimes committed by the Israeli occupation. We call on the world nations and the United Nations to respect the ruling of the International Court of Justice and put an end to the genocide.
