The International Commission “Hashd” Reveals Mass Graves in Gaza Strip Shocking and Horrifying Evidence of the Scale and Nature of the Genocide Crime
The International Commission to Support the Rights of the Palestinian People “Hashd” has been closely following the announcements issued by the Palestinian Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip regarding the discovery of several mass graves in the Nasser Hospital yard in Khan Yunis city or in areas very close to the hospital. Similar announcements have been made in the Shifa Hospital yards in Gaza. These graves contain more than 500 Palestinian civilians, including children and women. Some of them had their eyes blindfolded, hands tied, others had their heads severed, and some had their organs stolen.
Dozens of videos circulated online, as well as documentation by the field teams of The International Commission “Hashd” of the operations to extract the victims of the mass graves, who are decomposed bodies or body parts, including children. Some of the victims have been identified by their families, who confirmed that they were initially in hospitals for treatment or as displaced persons seeking refuge in hospitals as safe areas.
The International Commission “Hashd” stresses that the Israeli occupation forces burying victims in mass graves indicates without a doubt that the victims were killed in cold blood, executed, or crushed under tanks. The Israeli occupation attempted to conceal the killing and execution operations to evade responsibility. Therefore, it records and demands the following:
- Hashd considers the mass graves a horrifying and horrifying evidence of the scale and nature of the Israeli genocide against Palestinian civilians.
- Hashd calls on the world’s countries to provide international protection for Palestinians from genocide and calls on the Prosecutor’s Office of the International Criminal Court to include the crimes of the graves and the crimes committed in the Gaza Strip in the Israeli crimes file under investigation, including advancing and expediting preliminary investigations and issuing arrest warrants against Israeli occupation leaders and soldiers.
