The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights ICSPR welcomes the decision of the UN General Assembly against the recent American producers about Jerusalem, considering that any procedure to change the nature of Jerusalem are null and void with the consent of 128 State on Thursday night 21 December 2017.
The UN decision which approved by the majority of states around the world that did not comply with American threats, and triumph to the international law and the established principles that govern relations between States, it is an important decision because it reaffirms the legal status of Jerusalem as an occupied territory and part of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, and that all actions taken by the Israeli State and the US subsequent actions are illegal and contrary to international law and particularly the General Assembly and Security Council resolutions
It also acquires a special importance as it prevents some countries to follow the United States recent actions aimed to legitimize the Israeli annexation and settlement operations in Jerusalem, and opens the door to employ all legal and judicial international tools for accounting the Israeli Occupation and allied countries for committing crimes against the Palestinian people and their recognized rights in the international law.
The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights ICSPR welcomes this decision, and believes that the international organizations will responds in favor of the Palestinian cause which is the most fair cause based on rights and law, when they liberated from the political restrictions and the US & Israeli domination, ICSPR records and demands the following:
ICSPR believes that the General Assembly decision is a positive step towards respecting the International law and stop politicizing it in comforting the Military Israeli Occupation and the biased US policy in the expense of the international community established rules an principles.
ICSPR calls on the UN organization to exert insensitive effort in order to ensure the implementation of this decision, so it will not be as the UN previous resolutions.
ICSPR demands the Palestinian ,Arab and Islamic diplomacy to promote its international actions in order to ensure the isolation of the occupation and US state , and to ensure that they are held accountable for their continued disregard of law, justice and international acti
