A message for your status of the death of (6) children until this moment, as a result of the Israeli military aggression on the Gaza Strip for the third day in a row in 2023.
At the outset, the International Commission for the Support of the Rights of the Palestinian People (Hashd) presents you with its greetings, and highly appreciates your well-known role in serving the aspirations of the peoples of the world, including the State of Palestine, which aspires to reach freedom and emancipation from the occupation, this occupation that does not hesitate for a moment in denying the rights of the Palestinians On a larger scale, concerning the subject above; We are addressing you today at a time when the Israeli military attacks against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip are escalating, using a lethal military arsenal, as the Israeli occupation army began its aggression against the Gaza Strip at dawn last Tuesday, corresponding to May 9, 2023. As of the date of writing this letter, it has resulted in a severe bloody toll represented in the martyrdom of more than (29) martyrs, including (8) children and (4) women. And more than (84) other civilians were wounded.

The Israeli military occupation is committing the most heinous crimes against civilians in the Gaza Strip, and these crimes have affected children under the age of (18) years, as the air raids that targeted several city facilities and agricultural areas in the Gaza Strip resulted in the death of no less than (8) children. Among them: (The child Hajar Khalil Al-Bahtini, and child Iman Alaa AttaAdass, the child Ali Tariq Ezz El-Din, the child Mayar Tariq Ezz El-Din, the child Layan Bilal Muhammad Madoukh, 8 years old, and the child: Yazan Jawdat Fathi Elyan, 16 years old), in a heinous crime and a serious violation of the minimum human rights, international humanitarian law, and child rights conventions. The system that has always granted children untouchable rights and protections light of the foregoing, we view your humanity first as a lever to ensure that members of the international community fulfill their obligations towards their citizens, and at the same time, we ask you to make more efforts, by taking specific measures that will take the necessary measures. From my endeavors, to save children’s lives in the Gaza Strip from the ongoing crimes of the occupation, by pressuring the occupation authorities to oblige them to abide by the rules of international law and international conventions, especially those related to the rights of children, through the United Nations dealing with this suffering on the basis and approaches of international law and its established principles, including work on country name occupation is on the blacklist of countries that most violate the rights of children in times of armed conflict. We hope and call on you urgently to issue your clear instructions and directives in this regard, in line with your legal and moral mandate. we hope that.
