ICSPR addresses the public prosecution of the international criminal court
The new Israeli directives to open fire,

The International Commission to Support Palestinians’ Rights (ICSPR)Addressed the public prosecutor of the international criminal court, to inform him of the continued extensive application of the policy of field killings and extrajudicial executions by the Israeli military occupation, which -on daily basis- targets Palestinian civilians in Jerusalem and the cities of the West Bank, causing civilian casualties, including children and women near the fortified Israeli checkpoints in circumstances completely free from any objective and logical justification continues until this moment, where the majority of martyrs have not been involved in any hostile or war action.
ICSPR urged him to take a step forward, by actually starting to conduct preliminary investigations, which would achieve the required deterrence to limit the adoption and implementation of the new open-fire instructions and Israeli military plans that are inconsistent with the principles of international humanitarian law and the rules established in the Interpretive Manual of the International Committee of the Red Cross on direct participation in hostilities. It also indicated that disrupting or delaying the work of the principle of international accountability means encouraging the Israeli occupation forces to commit more crimes described in the Statute of the Court, the four Geneva Conventions, especially the Fourth Convention of 1949 and the First Additional Protocol of 1977.
