Press Release

The International Commission (Hashd) The Israeli occupation continues its genocidal war, ethnic cleansing, and ongoing aggression for the 82nd consecutive day

For 82 consecutive days, aerial, naval, and ground military attacks persist on civilians and their properties. The toll has reached nearly 30,000 martyrs and missing persons, with 70% of them being children and women. Additionally, more than 55,000 have been injured, and approximately 4,000 citizens have been arbitrarily detained and subjected to torture, with no disclosure of their conditions or places of detention.

War crimes and massacres persist against families, surpassing 1,800 massacres by bombing civilian homes and residential areas without prior warning, turning citizens’ homes, hospitals, and schools into mass graves. Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces continue to issue eviction and forced displacement orders, targeting new areas in the southern Gaza Strip daily. This has led to the forced displacement of more than 2 million people, living in dire conditions of hunger, thirst, and humanitarian catastrophe due to the blockade, collective punishment, power cuts, water shortages, communication breakdowns, overcrowded shelters, lack of suitable housing, and limited humanitarian aid and services.

The absence of basic amenities, scarcity of tents, and limitations on collective humanitarian assistance exacerbate the suffering. In northern Gaza, a real famine is unfolding due to the prevention of aid delivery and the cessation of life-saving services. Moreover, field executions of citizens continue, along with the destruction of homes and civilian structures in invasion and ground incursion areas.

The International Commission (Hashd): Calls on the international community, the United Nations, and high-contracting parties to the Geneva Conventions, as well as the free world, to exert pressure for an immediate cessation of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. Urges the opening of humanitarian corridors to ensure the flow of humanitarian aid, medical supplies, relief materials, fuel shipments, and the evacuation of the wounded. Calls for necessary measures to protect civilians, civil structures, shelters, and hospitals. Advocates for the activation of boycott mechanisms and the imposition of sanctions on the Israeli occupation state, holding its leaders and those supporting the genocidal war accountable as war criminals before the International Criminal Court, using the principle of universal jurisdiction.
