The International Commission “Hashd” Youth Dialogue Forum visits the Independent Commission for Human Rights to acquire knowledge about its activities.
The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (Hashd) Youth Dialogue Forum planned a visit to the Independent Commission for Human Rights, “Board of Grievances,” to learn about the nature of national human rights organizations’ activities.
Mr. Ibrahim Al-Ghandour, Director of the Activities Department of the Commission and Coordinator of the Training Department, Ms. Reem Mansour, and 20 members of the Youth Dialogue Forum made the delegation.
Mr. Bahjat Al-Helou, Training and Awareness Coordinator at the Independent Commission, welcomed the delegation and praised the International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights for its role in promoting youth activities and initiatives in society as well as protecting human rights. The Independent Commission was introduced at the conference, along with the date it was established and its purpose in preserving human rights in Palestine, particularly in the Gaza Strip. In addition, the processes used by the independent body to take action on complaints presented to it.
Ibrahim Al-Ghandour, Director of Youth Activities and Advocacy in Hashd, praised the Independent Commission for Human Rights for the warm greeting, emphasizing the importance of the commission’s work in promoting human rights protection in Palestine.
