ICSPR: Israeli Forces Shed the Blood of the Palestinians in Gaza

The International Commission to Support the Palestinian Rights (ICSPR) condemns strongly the Israel Force’s assentation operation of six Palestinian in the Gaza Strip. This crime comes within many crimes and violation committed by Israel while the international community stand silent.

According to information provided by local media, On Monday, 30 October 2015 the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that six Palestinian citizens were killed and other 10 were injured, including 2 in a serious condition. The martyrs are Ahmad Khalel Abu Armana (25 years), Omar Nassar al-Falit (27 years old), Misbah Shbeer (30 years old), Arafat Abu Murshid, Hassan Abu Hassanein and Mohammed Marwan Al-Agha. They also arrived dead to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central Gaza Strip

ICSPR expresses its deep condemnation of the continued Israeli escalation in the Gaza Strip, especially the intended targeting of civilians and civilian objects in serious violation of international law. ICSPR calls for the following:

ICSPR expresses its deep concern for the current Israeli military escalation, which may continue to result an Israeli grave aggression against the Gaza Strip. The consequences of any aggression would be disastrous and devastating to Palestinian civilians in accordance who have previous experience with Israeli aggressions. .
ICSPR confirms that continuing Israeli occupation forces to carry out operations targeting border areas using lethal killing tools is a war crime in accordance with the Rome Statute which the Permanent International Criminal Court is built upon, .
ICSPR urges the Palestinian diplomacy to exert more efforts to inform the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) of these crimes. ICSPR also urge ICC to make further efforts to complete their preliminary studies and move forward towards the opening of an international investigation of international crimes committed by the occupation forces, so Israeli criminals would not escape punishment
ICSPR calls upon the international community and the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention to recognize the importance of urgent and immediate action to question the occupation forces for their repeated actions in the Gaza Strip. It is also important to lift the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip, which left devastating humanitarian consequences overall life in Gaza.
