The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights ICSPR condemns in the strongest possible terms the Israeli Forces committed war crimes against civilians protesting against Israeli crimes and the US Presidents declaration of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move the US Embassy.

According to the provided information by the Palestinian Health Ministry, the successive Israeli crimes resulted since Friday noon,  22 December 2017 of killing  two Palestinian civilians  and wounding  687, the Ministry has indicated that martyrs are: Zakaria Kafarna (24), who was executed by the occupation in the neck during the clashes between Palestinian youths and Israeli forces East of Jabalia, Northern Gaza Strip, and the martyr Mohamed Nabil Muhaisen (29), who killed by the Israeli gunfire in Eastern Gaza.

International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights ICSPR expresses its condemnation and strongly denounce the deliberate or disproportionate targeting of civilians and civilian objects by Israeli Occupation Forces in grave breach of international law, and considering the seriousness of the deterioration in Occupied Palestinian territories and the continued arrests campaigns in the West Bank, aggression, siege on the Gaza Strip and continued Israeli settlement activities, judaization of Jerusalem, high frequency of attacks and excessive use of force by the Israeli occupying forces against unarmed demonstrators, the deliberate targeting of journalists, ICSPR commend all the Palestinian peoples, Arab and international movements, which stand in solidarity with the Palestinian cause, ICSPR calls for the following:

ICSPR expresses its deep concern of the deteriorating situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory as a result of continued Israeli occupation impunity and the American bias which constitutes a full partnership in crimes of aggression against the Palestinians rights, and warned form the seriousness repercussions of the US crime in declaring Jerusalem as the capital of Israel in addition to enjoy the Israeli occupation immunity against accountability and justice.
ICSPR stresses that the Israeli occupation forces continued use of excessive force and extrajudicial executions, constitutes a war crime according to the rules of International Humanitarian Law, particularly article 147 of the Fourth Geneva Convention to protect civilians and Rome Statute establishing the Permanent International Criminal Court.
ICSPR demands the Palestinian leadership to refer the occupation crimes files to the International Criminal Court in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the Rome Statute which would enhance the  impunity of Israeli criminals.
ICSPR calls upon the international community particularly the 128 countries which voted in favor of the UN decision, to sever diplomatic relations with the occupying power and United States, and isolating them internationally.
ICSPR reclaim the Palestinian leadership  to make serious action on  the national, regional and international levels to address the Israeli occupations crimes and activate all mechanisms and international resolutions and to ensure the enforcement of the decision through  the appropriate diplomatic and legal actions.
 ICSPR demands the Palestinian leadership to strengthen the steadfastness of citizens and institutions in Jerusalem, to lift the siege of Gaza, open the crossings in front of the movement of people and goods, to accelerate reconstruction, to end collective punishments which imposed on Gaza Strip,  and to accelerate the restoration of national unity.
