Press release,

The International Commission (ICSPR) condemns the escalation of the occupation crimes against Palestinian civilians, and calls on the international community to provide international protection for Palestinians under occupation.

The International Commission to Support Palestinians’ Rights (ICSPR) renews its condemnation of the escalation of the Israeli occupation crimes against Palestinian civilians, their property and their sanctities, where the most recent of which, was the martyrdom of a young man after being run over by a settler, the demolishing of the house of a Palestinian prisoner in the occupation prisons, raiding and arresting dozens of citizens, and issuing notices of demolition and leveling of citizens’ lands on Wednesday, 10 February 2021, in a new crime of racial discrimination and an additional violation of the minimum human rights standards and international humanitarian law charters.

According to the data available to ICSPR, “Azzam Amer”, a resident of the village of Kafr Qalil in the governorate of Nablus, was martyred, after he was hit by a settler at Kafal Haris, northwest of Salfit in the occupied West Bank, in a blatant and deliberate manner. This crime is the second of its kind during the past week that aimed at killing Palestinians, in a dangerous escalation of settlers’ crimes under the protection of the occupation soldiers.

It should be noted that the Israeli occupation forces blew up the house of the prisoner “Muhammad Kabha”, in the village of Torah, southwest of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, where the occupation forces blew up the aforementioned house, which houses 4 children and their mother, consisting of two floors and an area of 180 meters, in an unprecedented international crime in accordance with human rights charters.

ICSPR once again expresses its condemnation of the escalation of the settlers’ and occupation authorities’ crimes against unarmed Palestinian civilians, and once again confirms that these crimes would not have occurred if it wasn’t for the silence of the international community with all its institutions, including the modesty of the international criminal accountability system. Therefore, ICSPR demands the following:
