The International Commission “Hashd” has successfully concluded a training course on “Human Rights and Youth Advocacy.”

The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights “Hashd” successfully concluded a training course on human rights and youth advocacy today. Attended by 24 graduates from the fields of law, journalism, and media, who are members of the Commission’s Youth Dialogue Forum, the course was held at its headquarters in Gaza City. The commission firmly believes that empowering young people to advocate for human rights and promote democratic transformation is essential in promoting and protecting human rights. They are confident that the knowledge and skills gained during the course will be effectively utilized to promote positive change in Palestine and beyond.

The course covered a wide range of important topics, including human rights in international and national legislation, the characteristics and problems of the Palestinian political system, international and national mechanisms for the protection of human rights, the conditions of youth in Palestinian society, human rights advocacy mechanisms, and social media tools in the protection of human rights. It’s important to empower young people to advocate for human rights and promote democratic transformation to promote and protect human rights. The Commission’s Youth Dialogue Forum members who attended the course are sure to put the knowledge and skills gained to good use in promoting positive change in Palestine and beyond.
