The International Commission “Hashd” publishes a paper titled “Legal Responsibility for Medical Errors”- Palestine as a Model.
The study’s concern focuses on identifying the variables causing an increase in medical mistakes in Palestine, as well as the procedure that should be used to prevent them.
The research proposed that the number of medical mistakes is documented and included in the Ministry of Health’s yearly reports.
It also requested that the Council of Ministers expand government funding to the private sector and cover all health services, including medical referrals and hospital admissions.
She also called for the work and preparation of scientific and practical training programs to qualify and develop the performance of cadres in the medical field following scientific and technological development in the medical field, as well as the preparation of scientific research regularly and the holding of exams to renew the profession’s practice under the law.
