In collaboration with the Gaza Association for Culture and Arts, The International Commission “Hashd” organizes a course called “Preparing Leaders” targeting female students.
As part of the school parliament’s activities, The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights “Hashd” in collaboration with the Gaza Association for Culture and Arts, held a course on “Preparing Leaders” with 22 female students ranging from eighth to eleventh grade.
The course covered the following topics: dialogue culture and the importance of active listening, education within the family (the relationship between children and parents), self-development and how to control yourself, character development and the art of dealing with people, success, superiority, and reaching the top, leadership training and the qualities of a successful leader, and organizing and managing time and its importance.
Mr. Suhail Abu Al-Araj, General Supervisor of the School Parliament, gave the concept of culture, the definition of conversation, the purpose of dialogue, and the etiquette of discussion at the first meeting on Thursday, 15/6/2023.
The second meeting was held on 17/6/2023 and it addressed the definition of leadership, the modern concept of leadership, the roles of the leader, the characteristics of the leader, the types of leaders, the importance of leadership, the qualities of the leader, the skills of the leader, the administrative skills of leadership, and the differences between the leader and the manager.
The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights “Hashd” has focused on the issue of parliamentary debate and dialogue sessions with great importance, in light of the great concern for the need to build a conscious generation capable of addressing the world with argument and evidence, armed with science, literature, and culture, to reach the world’s ears, with a sublime and capable human rights message To reach and influence decision-makers in different countries.
