The International Commission for Supporting the Palestinian rights (Hashd), as it holds the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for the death of the aforementioned prisoner, as a result of its rejection of all requests for his release, its inaction and its continued implementation of the policy of slow killing against him and the right of Palestinian prisoners.
