The Bank aims to support marginalized groups and victims of human rights violations and enable them to possess skills in advocating for their rights and help them to implement and manage development projects in accordance with the human rights developmental approach in a way that achieves a human rights and developmental return that responds to people’s needs and protects their rights, and works to adopt and finance youth and creative initiatives aimed at advocating and protecting the rights of Human .
Building a bridge between the Palestinians at home and the diaspora and those who support human rights to ensure joint cooperation to serve the target groups, protect Palestinian national rights, promote respect for the dignity of citizens and support their steadfastness in the occupied Palestinian territories.
