The International Commission (Hashd) Condemns the Brutal Massacres Committed by the Israeli Occupation Against Palestinians, Including the Recent Attack on the Mabhouh Family in Northern Gaza and a Shelter in Gaza City
The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (Hashd) strongly condemns the brutal massacre carried out by the Israeli occupation forces this afternoon against the Mabhouh family in the Jabalia camp in northern Gaza. Israeli warplanes targeted and bombed the family’s home, leveling it to the ground and burying the residents beneath it. This attack resulted in the martyrdom of 30 people, with dozens more injured or missing. This massacre comes on the heels of six other massacres committed by the occupation against families, resulting in 78 martyrs and over 250 injuries. Most of the casualties, including martyrs, injured, and missing, are from northern Gaza, where the Israeli occupation continues its siege and starvation tactics, committing heinous massacres and crimes against the residents in an attempt to displace them, implementing a systematic extermination plan that has continued for 34 consecutive days.
The International Commission (Hashd): confirms that Israeli occupation forces also committed a gruesome massacre by bombing Al-Shati Boys’ Elementary School “C,” which shelters thousands of displaced persons. This attack led to the death of 12 martyrs and injured 30 others. This brings the total number of shelters targeted within the past 13 months of the genocidal war to 294, causing thousands of casualties, mostly among children and women. These attacks have destroyed and burned school buildings, most of which are operated by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).
The International Commission (Hashd): also strongly condemns the retaliatory crimes and abuses committed by the Israeli prison administration against Palestinian female prisoners in Damon Prison, which currently holds 94 women. These violations include mistreatment, isolation, starvation, deprivation of rights, arbitrary strip searches conducted almost daily, confiscation of hijabs and clothing, replacement with sportswear, and denial of blankets and hygiene supplies—all in blatant violation of international humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions, and human rights standards.
The International Commission (Hashd): condemns the ongoing Arab and international inaction, which amounts to complicity in these international crimes, and calls for the formation of an international humanitarian coalition to protect Palestinians, halt the aggression and genocidal crimes against Palestinians in Gaza, and end the severe violations across Palestine. The commission also demands the lifting of collective punishment, ensuring the flow of humanitarian and medical aid, activation of boycotts, sanctions against Israel, expulsion from the United Nations, and accountability for its leaders and soldiers in international courts.
