Death Centers Disguised as Aid: International Investigation Exposes “Field Executions” at U.S.-Israeli Distribution Points in Gaza

The International Commission to Support Palestinian People’s Rights “HICHR” has released a damning field investigation titled: “Field Executions Inside U.S.-Israeli Aid Distribution Points”, authored by legal researcher Lubna Deeb. The investigation exposes the tragic reality facing Palestinians in Gaza, where what is labeled as humanitarian distribution points has transformed into daily death traps during the Al-Aqsa Flood War of 2025.

Through live testimonies, medical analysis, and documented data, the report uncovers that these so-called “distribution points” have become execution zones, where starving civilians are shot and killed under the guise of humanitarian aid.

Gaza’s Distribution Points: From Aid Zones to Kill Zones

The investigation follows events since the opening of so-called “aid distribution centers” beginning May 27, 2025. These centers, funded by the U.S. and Israel and operated through the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), have turned into literal death traps. Civilians lining up for food are met not with compassion but with sniper fire, gas grenades, drones, and biometric surveillance.

The centers are located in:

  • Rafah

  • Northern Gaza

  • Al-Tina Street

  • Nitsarim

  • Zikim

While promoted internationally as neutral humanitarian zones, the report finds that, in practice, they function as militarized Israeli-controlled enclaves, where civilian access is tightly regulated and often violently suppressed.

Origin and Formation of GHF: Manufactured Humanitarianism

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation was born in late 2023 through the Mikveh Israel Forum—an unofficial assembly of Israeli reservists, businessmen, and political advisors. They sought to sideline UN agencies like UNRWA and replace them with a more controllable “neutral” body.

By February 2025, with pressure and direct involvement from U.S. officials, GHF was officially registered in Geneva and began operations in Gaza by May. Despite having no prior humanitarian track record, the foundation received over 20,000 Swiss francs in initial funding and rapidly scaled up its operations.

Notably, GHF’s leadership includes:

  • Jake Wood – CEO, U.S. Marine veteran and founder of Team Rubicon.

  • David Burke – Chief Operating Officer, with a background in military strategy.

  • John Acree – Mission Head, formerly with USAID.

The advisory board includes retired American generals, former UN security personnel, and corporate executives from major firms like Mastercard and Fortune 500 companies.

Contracted companies involved in the logistics and security operations include Safe Reach Solutions (SRS) and Global Delivery Company (GDC)—entities previously accused of human rights abuses in conflict zones.

Militarization of Aid and Field Executions

The report meticulously documents the daily occurrences of live-fire incidents at the distribution sites. Verified statistics from hospitals and field monitors show that between May 27 and July 1, 2025:

  • 972 civilians were killed

  • Over 4,278 were injured

  • Additional dozens remain missing

Medical reports show repeated patterns of lethal targeting of vital areas, including the femoral artery, chest, head, and neck. Many victims die within minutes due to massive hemorrhage or head trauma, exacerbated by the complete collapse of Gaza’s medical infrastructure.

The use of live ammunition, tear gas, and sound bombs against unarmed civilians—many of whom are elderly, women, or children—violates numerous provisions of international humanitarian law.

“We Were Sent to Aid—We Became Executioners”

A whistleblower testimony from a U.S. security contractor, recruited by UG Solutions, paints a horrifying picture. He recounts arriving in Washington on May 16, being rushed to the Middle East with 300 others—some trained soldiers, others civilians with no combat experience.

“We weren’t given real training. They handed us AR rifles and sidearms and said this is humanitarian work. But soon, we were firing into crowds of starving people.”

Contractors lacked basic gear, night-vision optics, and even medical knowledge. The use of pepper spray and flashbangs was common, often without knowing safe distances or effects. The report includes multiple similar testimonies from other contractors.

Drones and Surveillance: “They Called Us Animals”

Multiple civilians interviewed describe the frequent use of quadcopters hovering above aid lines. These drones, according to victims, delivered not just surveillance but audio abuse and insults.

One victim quoted the drone operators shouting:
“Hey animals, what did you do with the food?!” — before tear gas was dropped.

Internal Ethics Crisis and Resignations

Even members of the planning committee that founded GHF reportedly expressed moral concerns. Five individuals involved in early design stages revealed that:

  • They were initially told the mission was humanitarian.

  • The final model included private security forces, biometric scanning, and military checkpoints.

  • Some felt this was being used to enable forced displacement from central Gaza to the south—an act that could constitute war crimes under international law.

Medical Findings: Anatomy of a Crime

The report includes a detailed breakdown of the medical consequences of the attacks:

  • Injuries to the femoral artery cause death within minutes.

  • Shots to the chest result in hemothorax and collapsed lungs.

  • Headshots produce intracranial hemorrhage, skull fractures, and herniation.

  • Wounds to limbs often require amputation due to untreated ischemia or infection.

X-ray images and expert analysis from doctors like Dr. Yara Abu Mar confirm the use of high-velocity bullets, intended to incapacitate or kill. The targeting of life-sustaining anatomical zones is considered a grave breach of international law.

A System of Surveillance and Humiliation

The entry process into distribution sites is described as dehumanizing:

  • Full biometric scanning via iris and facial recognition.

  • Strict prohibition on collecting aid for others (even for the sick).

  • Female attendees are searched by armed female staff.

  • Families of martyrs are interrogated separately.

  • The process is compared by locals to “livestock herding” due to tight security corridors and forced queuing.

No guarantees are provided for safety. Many are arrested or disappear after attending aid centers.

Public Voices: “We Run to Eat and Leave With Blood”

Testimonies from local residents underline the cruelty:

  • “We run two kilometers to get a sack of flour. People slash each other with knives. I once saw a man stabbed in the neck bleed to death.”

  • “We take painkillers just to keep walking. My body aches. We are treated worse than animals.”

  • “I don’t want luxury. I just want food. We are dying—slowly, every day.”

The Legal Case: Crimes Against Humanity

The HICHR demands that:

  1. GHF cease all operations immediately.

  2. The International Criminal Court (ICC) open investigations into field executions.

  3. Full control of aid return to UN agencies like UNRWA.

  4. Safe humanitarian corridors be established without security interference.

GHF is accused of enabling crimes under the Rome Statute, including deliberate starvation of civilians, extrajudicial killings, and forced displacement.

Violation of the Ceasefire and Humanitarian Blackmail

The report also links GHF’s emergence with the Israeli violation of the ceasefire on March 18, 2025, when a massive military campaign was relaunched. With aid access blocked, and global pressure increasing, GHF was proposed as a political compromise.

However, it quickly became a militarized, politicized tool, circumventing humanitarian norms while undermining the UN and perpetuating the blockade.

Conclusion: “Let Gaza Live”

The International Commission concludes that:

  • Aid has become a weapon.

  • Hunger is being used as a tool of submission.

  • Humanitarian law is being replaced by military rule.

This report, based on months of fieldwork, medical documentation, and firsthand evidence, is now submitted as a legal record for the international community. The world must act—not only to stop the killing, but to restore dignity, safety, and humanity to the people of Gaza.

“Let Gaza live. Let food be food. Let humanity be restored.”
