The International Commission (ICSPR): The Ongoing Genocide for 445 Days and the Worsening Humanitarian Catastrophe in Gaza Will Remain a Stain on the Conscience of Humanity

The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (ICSPR) states that Israeli occupation forces continue committing massacres in the Gaza Strip for the 445th consecutive day. During this period, more than 9,941 massacres have been committed against civilians. This includes the ongoing destruction of residential neighborhoods, civilian facilities, and infrastructure, as well as targeting homes and shelters without prior warning.

In the past 24 hours alone, 5 massacres were committed, resulting in 56 martyrs arriving at hospitals. The total death toll since the beginning of the aggression has reached 45,338 martyrs, most of whom are women and children, with over 107,764 wounded, a figure that remains incomplete as thousands are still trapped under rubble or on the streets. Approximately 95% of the population has been forcibly displaced repeatedly, while 86% of infrastructure, homes, and service facilities have been destroyed.

The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (ICSPR) strongly condemns the Israeli occupation’s continued targeting of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza. According to ICSPR’s monitoring, Israeli forces demanded the evacuation of Kamal Adwan Hospital, located in Beit Lahia, early Sunday. The hospital housed 91 patients, their companions, and medical staff. The hospital was ordered to relocate to the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza.

The Israeli forces detonated booby-trapped robots around the hospital, injuring approximately 20 patients and medical staff and damaging the ICU, obstetrics, and gynecology departments.

Additionally, fuel tanks were targeted after generators had already been hit, rendering the hospital non-operational, putting dozens of patients and staff at risk.

The brutal military operation continues for the 84th day, resulting in over 127 massacres against civilians since the siege began in northern Gaza. The death toll has exceeded 5,000 martyrs and 13,000 wounded. Entire areas including Jabalia, Beit Lahia, and Beit Hanoun have been almost completely destroyed.

In Khan Younis, located in southern Gaza, Israeli forces committed two massacres, resulting in 38 martyrs and 69 wounded. Residential areas, civilian gatherings, and homes were targeted. Additionally, an UNRWA shelter center was struck, killing 14 displaced people, highlighting the continued targeting of unarmed civilians and depriving them of safe shelter.

The International Commission (ICSPR) confirms that forcible displacement continues in Khan Younis and southern areas, forcing over 150,000 residents to flee under severe humanitarian conditions. The ongoing blockade of humanitarian aid has led to widespread famine and severe shortages of essential supplies, endangering the lives of hundreds of thousands, especially children and the elderly.

In the same context, the International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (ICSPR) warns of disease outbreaks and epidemics due to the collapse of the healthcare system, with 85% of Gaza’s hospitals out of service and 92% of primary healthcare centers shut down.

The International Commission (ICSPR) views the ongoing aggression and associated genocide as blatant violations of international humanitarian law and fully constitutes war crimes. This necessitates immediate international action to stop these crimes and hold perpetrators accountable.

The International Commission (ICSPR) calls on the international community to:

  • Immediately intervene to stop the aggression and lift the blockade on Gaza.
  • Send independent international investigative committees to probe war crimes committed against civilians.
  • Ensure urgent international protection for unarmed civilians and guarantee the entry of humanitarian and medical aid unconditionally.
  • Prosecute Israeli leaders before the International Criminal Court for their crimes in Gaza.

The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (ICSPR) emphasizes the need for intensified diplomatic and media efforts to expose occupation crimes. The ICSPR urges all human rights organizations and forces to continue showing solidarity with the Palestinian people until justice is achieved and the oppression is lifted.
